Scott David Berrier is a United State Army lieutenant general in the United States Army who served as the Director of the Defense Intelligence Agency from to ^[1] Berrier was confirmed by the United States Senate as the 22nd Director of the Defense Intelligence Agency on July 30, , replacing the retiring Lieutenant General Robert P.

Ashley Jr.^[2][3] He previously served as the Deputy Chief of Staff of the ArmyG-2 (intelligence).^[4] He received his officer's commission in through the ROTC program at the University of Wisconsin–Stevens Point.^[5]
